There were 43 contracts signed last week at $1 million and above. 41 were single-family homes not located on the lakefront, 3 was a single-family on the lakefront, and there were 2 condos in the mix.

Nerd Alert: While the overall discount from the asking price was -3%, 14% of homes over $1 million actually sold over the asking price at an average of +8%. Also the #1 Condo this week had a price per square soot of a whooping $1,385 per foot!
The #1 Single Family Home to close was at 200 Westlake Drive, closing at CT, asking $3,350,000. The home is a spec home in Barton Creek currently under construction. The home offers 5261 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is due to be completed in 2021. It will further feature a swimming pool, 3 car garage. Listed by Timothy Heyl of Keller the home was on the market for 8 days before entering into a contract.
The #1 Condo to close was at 98 San Jacinto Blvd #1601 closing at $2,100,000. Initially asking $2,195,000 the condo closed -4.3% from the asking price. The condo features spectacular views of Downtown, Lady Bird Lake, and the Hill Country. It is comprised of 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and finishes include Venetian plaster walls, subzero appliances, private outdoor space. The condo was listed by Kumara Wilcoxon of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty.
